Our supplier relationships across Guangdong and the wider Pearl River Delta region give us access to a wide range of high-quality fabrics and trims at competitive prices. We work with mills and suppliers we have trusted for many years, which means reliable lead times, consistent quality, and the ability to request custom developments when needed.
We manage material procurement as part of our standard manufacturing service. If you have specific material requirements — a particular hand feel, weight, performance characteristic, or sustainability credential — we will source accordingly and submit material samples for your approval before production begins.

Our standard range covers the core fibres used in modern intimate apparel. All materials are available in a variety of constructions, weights, and finishes.
Baumwolle
Soft, breathable, and hypoallergenic. Used in briefs, sleepwear, and men's underwear where comfort and natural feel are priorities.
Modal
A semi-synthetic fibre derived from beech wood. Modal is exceptionally soft, lightweight, and resistant to shrinkage — ideal for next-to-skin garments.
Polyamid (Nylon)
Lightweight, durable, and excellent at holding shape. The dominant fibre in bras, hosiery, and performance intimate apparel.
Elasthan (Spandex)
Blended with other fibres to provide stretch and recovery. Essential in bras, shapewear, and any garment requiring a form-fitting silhouette.
Spitze & Stickerei
A wide library of lace designs and embroidery patterns, available in various weights and finishes. Custom designs can be commissioned.
Zutaten & Accessoires
Underwire, bra hooks, adjusters, sliders, elastic, rings, and other hardware. Sourced to match your specifications and tested for durability.
Recycelte Materialien - eine wachsende Prioritaet
We offer GRS-certified recycled fabric options that meet the same performance standards as conventional materials. These are increasingly requested by brands in the EU and UK markets.
Recyceltes Polyester (rPET)
Made from post-consumer plastic bottles. Delivers the same softness, colour vibrancy, and durability as virgin polyester. Suitable for smooth stretch fabrics in lingerie and sleepwear.
Recyceltes Nylon / Polyamid
Sourced from pre-consumer nylon production waste. Retains the elasticity, lightness, and durability of conventional nylon. Ideal for bras, performance intimates, and fine-knit fabrics.
Spandex-Mischungen
Both recycled options are available blended with spandex to achieve the stretch ratios required in intimate apparel. Common blends: 80/20 and 90/10 nylon-spandex.

All recycled materials in our network are backed by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), providing a verified chain of custody to support your sustainability reporting and marketing claims.
