Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style and color. However, MOQs can vary depending on the complexity of the product, so we always recommend sharing your tech pack or product specifications for an accurate figure.

We always provide a prototype sample before any order is placed. The first development sample is provided free of charge so you can evaluate our capabilities before committing to an order. Samples are typically ready within 14–30 days of receiving a tech pack or physical reference sample.

Once an order is confirmed, we provide size set samples, lab dips for color approval, and a pre-production sample before bulk production begins.

Lieferzeiten depend on the complexity of the product. As a general guideline, expect approximately 60 days for men's items and 90 days for women's items such as bras, measured from the approval of the pre-production sample. Roughly half the time is used for fabric milling and dyeing, and the other half for cutting, sewing, and packing.

We work with both FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) shipping terms. Zahlungsbedingungen are 30% deposit upon placing the order, with the remaining 70% payable against the bill of lading.

We follow a strict protocol for internal quality control throughout every stage of production. This includes During Production Inspections (DPI), Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI), and Container Loading Inspections (CLI). All inspections are conducted according to AQL standards and cover quantity, visual appearance, sizing, materials, colors, functionality, and labelling.

Upon request, we also cooperate with third-party quality assurance companies and can arrange lab tests through Intertek (ITS) to verify shrinkage, color fastness, and other performance criteria.

Ja, absolut. If you don't have a tech pack, we can work from photos, physical reference samples, or initial sketches. Our design and development team handles pattern making, grading, and sample development. We will ask you to provide comments on how you would like to adjust or differentiate from any reference, so we can build exactly what you have in mind.

Yes. We offer lingerie materials containing recycled polyester (post-consumer) and recycled nylon/polyamide (pre-consumer), both available blended with spandex for the stretch and comfort required in intimate apparel. These materials are supported by GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification. Please see our Nachhaltigkeit page for more details.

Selbstverstaendlich. We welcome client visits both before and during production. Our headquarters are in Shenzhen, and our factory partners are located throughout Guangdong Province — approximately 1.5 hours from the Hong Kong border, making it convenient for a day trip.
