  • What kind of products does Young Source specialize in?

    We specialize in custom lingerie and underwear manufacturing. As an OEM manufacturer, we are dedicated in providing undergarments based on our customers design and requirements.

  • Why choose Young Source?

Our highly experienced foreign staff members - whom are actively on the factory floor - will present each client with effortless communication, guaranteeing up to date answers and results.

  • What is the production lead time for my order?

    Lead times heavily depends on the complexity of your products. As a rule of thumb, expect a production lead time (upon approval of pre-production samples) of 60 days for men’s items and 90 days for women items - such as bras. Half the time is used for milling and dyeing the fabric, and the other half for cutting, sewing, and packing.

  • What is your policy for making samples?

    We always provide our customers with prototypes before they place an initial order. A sample will generally be provided between 14-30 days, after we have received either a tech pack or a physical sample. A charge of 200 USD may sometimes be issued for a sample. This amount is deducted once an order is placed. Upon our customer's approval of the prototype and once an order is placed, we will provide the following samples: size-set samples, photo samples, and pre-production samples.

  • What is your shipping and payment terms?

    We work with both FOB and CIF terms. We require a 30% down payment on the initial order being placed - with 70% in exchange for bill of lading.

  • Do you have a minimum order size?

    In most cases, we require a minimum order size of 500 pieces per style and color, with a minimum total order quantity of 3000 pcs. However, with our open approach with each client, we can provide an accurate MOQ (minimum order quantity) upon receiving the tech pack or product specifications.

  • What standards do you use for quality control?

    We follow a strict protocol for internal quality controls and always do DPI (During Production Inspections), PSI (Pre-Shipment Inspections), and CLI (Container Loading Inspection). Upon request we also work with third part quality assurance companies. We work with Intertek (ITS) for lab tests to ensure minimum shrinkage and color fastness.

  • Can I visit your factory?

    Of course. We welcome customers to visit our factory both before and during production. Our manufacturing facilities are located two hours from the Hong Kong border.

  • We don't have designs and technical files, can you help us?

    Absolutely. If you cannot provide us with a tech pack, we recommend submitting photos and/or physical samples that resemble the items you are looking to have manufactured. With this, we do ask that you provide comments and specifications on how you would like to adjust your sample - to differentiate from the original.
