Processus

Notre methode

A thorough process is the foundation of consistent quality. We make multiple samples, conduct quality inspections at every stage, and keep you informed throughout — no surprises, no avoidable delays.

Notre processus de production

Although our standard procedure is both thorough and proven, we are flexible in our approach and happy to adapt it to specific client requirements. The steps below reflect our typical workflow from first contact to delivery.

Phase 1 - Developpement
1

Demande & brief initial

You share your product specifications, tech pack, physical sample, or initial sketches with us. We will ask clarifying questions about target fit, materials, quantities, and timelines to ensure our development sample is as accurate as possible from the start.

2

Echantillon developpement & devis

We develop a prototype sample and provide a detailed price quotation. The first development sample is provided free of charge. Samples are typically ready within 14–30 days of receiving the brief.

3

Evaluation de l'echantillon & feedback

You evaluate the sample and provide comments on fit, construction, materials, and any adjustments needed. We often get the sample right on the first attempt, but revisions are a normal part of the development process and we handle them promptly.

4

Echantillon revise (si necessaire)

If adjustments are needed, we revise and produce an updated sample for your approval. We repeat this step until you are fully satisfied with the product before any order is placed.

Phase 2 - Pre-production
5

Commande & acompte

Once the development sample is approved and the quotation agreed, you place a formal Commande. A 30% deposit is required to initiate production. Fabric milling and dyeing begins at this stage.

6

Lab dips - validation couleur

We submit fabric dye samples (lab dips) in all specified colours for your approval before milling continues. This ensures the final fabric colour matches your requirements exactly.

7

Echantillons size set

We produce samples across all required size variants. You evaluate fit and grading across the size range and provide final confirmation before bulk production begins.

8

Validation de l'echantillon pre-production

A final pre-production sample is made using the actual bulk fabric and trims. This is your last checkpoint before full production. Bulk production starts only after your written approval.

Phase 3 - Production & livraison
9

Production en serie

Our quality control staff are stationed inside the factory throughout production. We monitor cutting, sewing, embroidery, and finishing on a daily basis and provide regular progress updates.

10

Inspection en cours de production (DPI)

A formal inspection is carried out mid-production. We check quantity, visual appearance, dimensions, materials, colours, and functionality against the approved sample and AQL standards. Any issues are corrected before production continues.

11

Inspection avant expedition (PSI)

A full inspection of the completed goods is carried out before packaging. We verify quantity, quality, labelling, and packaging against your specifications. An inspection report is provided.

12

Inspection du chargement conteneur (CLI)

We supervise the loading of goods into the shipping container to ensure correct handling and that carton counts match the packing list. A loading report is issued upon completion.

13

Expedition & documentation

Goods are shipped on FOB or CIF terms. The remaining 70% payment is made against the bill of lading. We provide all shipping documents, packing lists, and test reports. Your goods arrive ready to sell.

Delais

Delais are measured from the date of pre-production sample approval. Roughly half the total time is used for fabric milling and dyeing; the other half for cutting, sewing, and packing.
