Fondee en 1997 par Annie Yao, Young Source est passee d'un petit atelier local de lingerie a un partenaire de fabrication reconnu par des marques internationales de lingerie et d'intimate apparel. Bases a Shenzhen, en Chine, nous perfectionnons notre savoir-faire depuis plus de 25 ans et construisons des partenariats durables dans la region manufacturiere du Guangdong, l'un des poles textile et habillement les plus avances au monde.
Au cours des deux dernieres decennies, nous avons produit et exporte plus de 50 millions de pieces de sous-vetements pour des marques d'Europe occidentale, de Suisse, du Royaume-Uni, des Etats-Unis et du Canada. Notre expertise couvre toute la chaine de production : patronage, gradation, coupe, couture, broderie, finitions et packaging.
Un modele de production concu pour la qualite et la flexibilite
In our early years, Young Source owned and operated its own factories. As our client base expanded, we learned that we could offer higher quality and greater flexibility by changing our approach. Instead of working as a traditional factory, we developed a model that focuses entirely on the needs of the client.
We now collaborate with a network of carefully selected factory partners, many of whom we have worked with for more than 15 years. This allows us to match each project with the most suitable production capabilities while maintaining full oversight of quality and timelines.
To ensure consistency, our own quality control and production staff are stationed inside the factories. They monitor sampling, materials, in line inspections, and final quality control on a daily basis. This model combines the advantages of multiple factories with the reliability of an internal production team. It is one of the reasons so many international brands continue to work with us year after year.

We believe that excellent manufacturing begins with excellent communication. Our team is known for being responsive, honest, and easy to work with. This is something our Western clients value very highly.
We can work inside your preferred communication and project management systems. Popular tools among our clients include Slack, Asana, Basecamp, Monday dot com, Trello, Notion, and Microsoft Teams.
Throughout development and production, we provide detailed samples, test reports, inspection documents, and regular progress updates. Our aim is simple: no surprises, no avoidable mistakes, and a smooth process from start to finish.

Our headquarters are located in Shenzhen, one of China's most innovative and dynamic cities. Our factory partners are based throughout Guangdong Province, close enough for daily visits, oversight, and rapid response whenever needed.
We always welcome client visits. Meeting in person and seeing the production work firsthand strengthens understanding and trust.
