Not every brand arrives with a complete technical file, and that's fine. Our development team is experienced in working across the full range of starting points — from detailed specs to physical garments you'd like to adapt, to a clear brief and reference images.
We handle pattern making and size grading in-house. Our first development sample is provided free of charge, giving you the opportunity to evaluate our work and understanding of your product before committing to an order.
We ask the right questions early — about fit preferences, target sizing, construction priorities, and material requirements — so our first sample reflects your intentions as closely as possible.

Patronage
Full pattern development from tech packs, physical samples, or sketches — made to your size specifications and construction requirements.
Gradation
We grade patterns across your full size range using your grading rules or standard European sizing, and produce size set samples for approval across all sizes.

Broderie & dentelle
Access to a wide range of lace and embroidery designs. Customers can select from existing patterns or commission custom designs.
Developpement couleur
Lab dips submitted for your colour approval before fabric milling begins, ensuring accuracy across the final production run.
Revisions iteratives
Revision rounds are a standard part of our process. We revise quickly and communicate clearly about what changed and why.

If you can't provide a technical file, submit photos or a physical garment that reflects the style you're looking to produce, along with written notes on how you would like to adapt or differentiate from it.
From there, we translate your brief into a pattern and a first sample. You review it, give feedback, and we refine from there. Many of our long-term client relationships started with nothing more than a reference garment and a conversation.
