Durabilite

Un choix de matieres plus responsable

We believe the industry is moving in a more sustainable direction — and we want to be part of that shift. The most meaningful contribution we can make is through the materials we source. We offer recycled fabric options that meet the same performance and quality standards as conventional materials, while reducing the environmental footprint of your collection.

Pourquoi les matieres recyclees comptent en lingerie

Synthetic fibres such as polyester and nylon are the backbone of modern intimate apparel. They provide the stretch, durability, moisture management, and softness that bras, underwear, and sportswear require. They are also, conventionally, derived from virgin petroleum.

Recycled alternatives — made from post-consumer plastic bottles or pre-consumer nylon waste — offer the same technical performance while diverting waste from landfill and reducing the demand for new raw materials.

For brands that want to offer their customers a more responsible product without compromising on quality, recycled materials are the most direct and credible step available today.

Matieres recyclees que nous sourcons

All three options are available blended with spandex to deliver the stretch and comfort that lingerie requires. They are sourced through our certified supplier network and supported by GRS (Global Recycled Standard) documentation.

Polyester recycle (rPET)

Produced from post-consumer plastic bottles and other PET waste. rPET delivers the same softness, colour vibrancy, and durability as virgin polyester, and is well suited to smooth and stretch fabrics used across the lingerie and sleepwear categories.

Nylon / polyamide recycle

Sourced from pre-consumer nylon production waste. Recycled nylon retains the excellent elasticity, lightness, and durability of conventional nylon — making it an ideal base for bras, performance intimates, and fine-knit lingerie fabrics such as mesh and lace grounds.

Melanges avec spandex

Both recycled polyester and recycled nylon can be blended with spandex (elastane) to achieve the stretch ratios required in intimate apparel. Common blends include 80/20 and 90/10 nylon-spandex, ensuring garments move with the body and retain their shape over time.

Support certification GRS

Materials sourced through our network are backed by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), providing a verified chain of custody from recycled input to finished fabric. GRS documentation can be provided to support your own sustainability claims and reporting.

Standards avec lesquels nous travaillons

Our sourcing network also includes materials that comply with broader safety and environmental standards. Test reports can be provided on request.
