Tech Pack Interpretation
We review your technical files, flag potential issues before sampling, and ask the right questions to avoid costly corrections later.
Pattern Making & Grading
Full pattern making and size grading carried out to your size chart, covering all sizes in the range from the first sample stage.
Sampling at Every Stage
Development samples, size set samples, lab dips, and pre-production samples — each reviewed and approved before the next stage begins.
In-Factory Quality Control
Our own QC staff monitor production daily. DPI, PSI, and CLI inspections are conducted to AQL standards on every order.
Lab Testing
We arrange lab tests through Intertek (ITS) for shrinkage, colour fastness, and other performance criteria. Test reports provided on request.
Transparent Communication
Regular updates throughout production. We work inside your preferred tools — Slack, Asana, Basecamp, Teams, or email.

Minimum order quantity
Per style and colour. MOQ may vary depending on product complexity — share your tech pack for an accurate figure.
Production lead time
From pre-production sample approval. 60 days for men's items; 90 days for women's lingerie and intimate apparel.
First sample turnaround
From receipt of tech pack or reference sample. The first development sample is provided free of charge.
Payment terms
30% deposit on PO; 70% against bill of lading. FOB and CIF shipping terms available.
